7/24/25 – For sale is a Colt Model 1911 that was made in 1918 that was reworked for WW2. The metal has a parkerized finish from the rebuild. The front half of the slide has some light discoloration turning it a darker color. The grips are in good shape without any cracks. The bore is bright with strong rifling. The barrel is stamped “.45 AUTO” and a P is stamped on the left side of the lug. The pistol comes with 3 magazines, 2 are marked with an S at the toe and the other one with an R.
