Description
3/28/24 – This is a nice example of a DWM Luger that was originally sold in the commercial market in the 1920’s. All matching and “Crown N” proofed. It was later reworked and issued to the German police, as evidenced by the added sear safety, magazine safety, and police unit marking on the front strap (X’d out). Comes with two period-correct magazines and luger tool, all are force-matched to the gun. The wood grips have police “Star K” markings – small repaired chip in the upper corner of the left side. The gun’s finish rates about 90% with wear around the muzzle and on the high edges. Minor discoloration and some minor pitting along the right side of the slide. Small spots of discoloration on the grip straps. Excellent bore.
