9/19/23 – This is a very nice example of an early Mauser HSC issued to the Nazi military in 1941. It is all matching and has the proper “Eagle 655” military acceptance proof on the trigger guard. It has retained about 93-94% of its original high polish finish. There is general high edge wear and minor wear around the muzzle. Some dulling and pin-pricking on the grip straps. Fitted with nice period-correct wood grips – a few small dark stains on the left side. Comes with one proper magazine. Very nice bore with great rifling and just very minor frosting in the grooves.
