Description
1/5/24 – This is an Ithaca 1911A1 from 1943. It has the proper “United States Property” marking, and the proper US military cross-canon cartouche. This one, however, has British proofs throughout, indicating it was part of the WW2 British Lend-Lease Program. The barrel has been replaced. The finish rates roughly 70% with obvious wear throughout. Fitted with period-correct reddish plastic grips and comes with a two-tone magazine. Excellent bore.
