5/1/23 – This is an original WW2 production M1 Garand Bayonet. The bayonet comes with an original scabbard that’s still wrapped in the original arsenal packaging, dated 1953. The bayonet is a 10inch cut-down blade that’s in excellent condition. Maker, date, and ordnance stamped at the base of the blade, and no signs of sharpening along the edge. There are a few areas of minor pitting on the bayonet blade, as shown in photos. The hand guard has some mild surface patina and finish loss, as does the pommel, but no rust or pitting. Excellent black grips.
