Description
9/25/24 – This is a rare variation late WW2 P.38 holster. The holster is soft-shell style with no top seam, also referred to as a “1 piece” body style. This is due to the lack of stitching along the top leather, where typically the lid or upper portion of the holster is a separate piece of leather. This example is in great overall condition and well marked with a maker stamp, date code stamp, waffen military proof stamp, and P.38 designation stamp on the back leather. The leather is soft and pliable with normal use wear. The stitching is all original and intact throughout. A rare late war example.
