4/17/25 – Offered here are 28 original WWII German 7.92×33mm Kurz rounds for the Sturmgewehr 44 (STG44/MP44). These rounds are headstamped aux st 53 44, indicating production by Polte-Werk, Magdeburg (code “aux”) in 1944, lot 53, with steel cases (st). All rounds are in excellent condition with a typical dark lacquered finish, showing no corrosion or damage. Each primer is sealed with blue lacquer, consistent with wartime S.m.E. (Spitzgeschoss mit Eisenkern) ball rounds — standard iron-core bullets manufactured for moisture resistance and long-term reliability. The rounds are loose with no stripper clips or original packaging. A great original batch for collectors of WWII German ammunition or STG/MP44-related militaria.
