3/11/24 – This is a Colt Lightweight Commander, manufactured in 1950 and chambered in .45 ACP. The finish rates about 90%. The majority of the finish loss is on both sides of the frame, where there is also some discoloration. The slide has been refinished. There are some tiny pits under the finish on the right side. Also some pits on the side of the grip safety. Fitted with replaced white-ish plastic “Join or Die” grips and comes with one magazine. The bore has strong rifling, but there is some minor fouling in the grooves.
