12/5/23 – This is an original Mauser HSC or similar sized pistol holster from WW2. Great for a Sauer 38h as well. The holster is in great overall condition; there is only minor cracking in the leather where the crease is, but it has good structural integrity. The leather has normal pliability. The stitching is tight, complete, and original. The side flap is maker and date stamped “jhg 44”. The closure strap has an added hole in the leather, likely from a previous owner removing the waffen eagle proof stamp.
