5/29/26- For sale is an A.H. Fox flare pistol. The pistol is made of brass with moderate patina and wear. The top of the bore is stamped “VERY PISTOL 25MM MARK IV A.H. FOX GUN Co. PHILA. PA. U.S.A.”. The number “2-31” is stamped on the side, possibly a serial number or date. The wooden grips are intact and have one small chip. The opening and closing mechanism functions. The firing pin has broken off the hammer. The hammer does not cock the trigger but the gun will cock if the trigger is physically pulled forward when the hammer is held back. Generally in non-functional condition. Physically in good condition.
