Description
5/20/24 – This is a nice example of an Arisaka Type 99 rifle issued to the Japanese military during WW2. The bolt is mismatched, and the Imperial mum stamp on the receiver is ground. It comes with an original bayonet, original scabbard, repro leather frog, and a repro leather sling. The blade has a few small chips along the edge. There is very little actual finish loss on the metal parts, but there is spotty brown patina throughout. Some light surface rust on the butt plate. The stock shows the typical signs of wear and use. Mint bore.
