Description
1/23/25 – Beautiful and excellent condition. This 03-A3 is date stamped on the top barrel muzzle, February 1943. The letter “P” on the underside. Serial number on the receiver indicates 1943 as well. The parkerized finish shows only minor handling marks with the proper “R” stamps on the bolt, bayonet lug and front sight. The wood stock is solid and shows the “FJA” inspector proof on the left side, although somewhat faint. All stock stamps are evident in the photos. This is an early, 4 groove barrel with a very clean bore and rates a 9 of 10. ME and TE measure 1.5 – 2. Includes correct leather sling. It shows minor age wear and cracks but it is solid. Sooth action and fully operational.
