9/3/25 – This is a beautiful example of a Remington Rand 1911A1 issued to the US military in 1944. It is all correct and has a proper HS High Standard barrel. It has retained nearly all of its finish with just the slightest hints of high edge wear. Fitted with period-correct reddish plastic grips and comes with a period-correct “S” marked magazine. The bore has good rifling, but there is light freckling throughout.
