3/12/25 – This is an excellent example of a Vietnam War Issue USAF MC-1 Paratrooper and Pilot survival knife. Features correct orange plastic “jigged bone” scales. These differ from the WWII and Korean war issue knives in that they have a second blade, specifically designed to cut para cords in the event of entanglement. It measures 4-1/4″ in the closed position. The 3″ main blade shows no signs of sharpening, stains or corrosion. The cord cutter is also in excellent shape. Fully functional and locks firmly in the open and closed position. The secure lanyard ring features a 26″ nylon lanyard cord. Excellent overall condition.
