03/05/2024 – For sale is a clean Argentine Mauser Model 1891 made by Loewe in 1895. The Argentine Model 1891 is based on the Belgian 1889 Mauser rifle. The rifle is all matching including the cleaning rod. The metal finish on the rifle is clean with minimal blemishes and pockets of dried grease. There is some freckling of pitting on the magazine. The crest on the receiver has been ground away as is typical. The stock is sound with no major damages. The bore is clean and fairly bright but it is frosted.
