1/30/25 – For sale is a Savage No4 Mk1* rifle made in 1943 as aid to England during WW2. The finish has greyed with age and there are some oxidation spots on the receiver. “US Property” is stamped on the receiver and a flaming bomb. The stock is in good condition without any breaks but has been lightly sanded. There is no serial number stamped on the forestock but there is an S for Savage. The rifle is matching on the receiver and bolt. The bore is bright with strong rifling. There is an import mark on the bottom of the barrel.
