Description
10/19/23 – This is a Colt Model 1860 Army Revolver, manufactured in 1869 and chambered in .44 Caliber. It is matching and in fair condition overall. There is noticeable heavy brown patina and spotty oxidation throughout. Some tiny dings in the metal here and there. The naval engagement scene on the cylinder is still mostly visible. Fitted with worn wood grips – noticeable dings and bruising throughout. The bore has pretty good rifling with spotty surface oxidation throughout.
