Description
9/27/23 – This is a nice all original Colt US single action artillery model. The action is tight as a drum and works perfectly on all 4 clicks. The barrel is marked DFC with other various mixed military numbers. There are WTP markings on the frame. According to the consignor, this indicates it was used in a movie as a prop. The finish is almost entirely worn with spotty brown “attic patina” throughout. But overall, it is in nice condition for its age. Fitted with repro wood grips. The bore is shiny with strong rifling, but there are a couple of small areas of spotty oxidation.
