03/04/2024 – For sale is a Czech Vz 98/22 Mauser that was used by Persia. The rifle is clean without any major blemishes or damages to note. The rifle is mismatched and has been refinished on the metal. The stock is free from cracks but has been sanded. The bore is decent with good rifling but it is fully frosted through. The rifle comes with a Vz.22 bayonet. These rifles were provided to Persia and were the predecessor to the famous 98/29 Persian Mauser. The rear sight ladder is stamped with Farsi.
