7/9/26 – From the Tom Whiteman collection. A COA will be provided. This is an excellent example of a BYF 42 “Black Widow” Mauser Luger issued to the German military in 1942. It is all matching, has the proper “Eagle 135” military acceptance proofs, and fitted with an excellent set of original “Black Widow” bakelite grips (there is some wear in the checkering on the left side). It comes as a rig with two original “Black Widow” magazines, a very nice 1942-dated holster, and a very rare “Eagle 135” tool. The gun itself has retained about 95% of its original finish with just general high edge and muzzle wear. Mint bore.
