10/24/25 – This is an excellent example of a Remington Rand Model 1911A1 issued to the US military in 1944. All correct with a correct “HS” marked High Standard barrel. It comes as a rig with an excellent Sears-marked tan leather holster, canvas magazine pouch, and two magazines. The gun has retained about 95-96% of its original parkerized finish. There is just minimal high edge wear, muzzle wear, and some very light spotty wear on the top of the slide near the ejection port. Fitted with period-correct reddish plastic grips. Mint bore.
