Description
12/1/23 – This is an excellent Remington Rand Model 1911A1 issued to the US military in 1945. The mainspring housing has been replaced. Period-correct High Standard barrel. It has retained nearly all of its parkerized finish with just a few tiny handling marks on the left side of the slide and a small area of surface rust at the base of the front strap. Fitted with period-correct reddish plastic grips and comes with one proper magazine. The rifling in the bore is worn with pitting throughout.
