Description
4/18/23 – This is an excellent example of a German made Argentine Modelo 1909 Mauser chambered in 7.65×53. The rifle has matching serial numbers on the stock, receiver, magazine plate, cleaning rod and bolt, and has the Argentine crest on the receiver. The bluing is clean, with some wear throughout; notably on the muzzle, front barrel band, and the receiver. The stock is in great condition, with slight dings here and there. The right side of the stock is stamped with the serial number and an Argentine proof. The bore is bright with sharp rifling, and just a little frost in the grooves. The rifle comes with a bayonet and scabbard that does not match the rifle but matches itself.
