2/11/23 – This is an excellent example of a Harrington & Richardson M1 Garand from 1953.All parts are H&R marked, including the barrel.Barrel is dated to December of 1953.Stock has the circle P proof and DoD stamp but they are a little faint, likely indicating the stock was lightly sanded at some point.Nice finish on the metal parts but there is some thinning on the receiver and some wear on the gas tube.Strong, shiny bore.TE is a 1, muzzle reading is a 2.5.
