4/17/25 – For sale is a Berthier Mle 16 carbine made in 1932. These carbines were assembled with left over parts well into the 30’s. There is no marking for the manufacturer. The metal has a nice blued finish with some of the finish wearing away. The stock is in great shape with minor handling marks. The bore is bright with strong rifling. There are matching numbers on the barrel, bolt, and trigger guard. The stock is mismatched.
