5/5/23 – This is a WW2-era Mauser M1934 issued to the Nazi Kreigsmarine. This particular example has an “Eagle M” Kriegsmarine marking on the left side of the frame and a “N 1833” navy property mark on the front strap. About 23,000 M1934’s were procured and marked by the Nazi Navy from 1935-1941. Since this one is “Double Crown U” proofed, it likely dates to the 1930’s. All parts are matching. This one also comes with one original matching magazine. The gun itself has an old re-blued finish. There is spotty wear, splotchy discoloration, and areas of pitting throughout. The wood grips is worn along the edges, and there are tiny bruises throughout. The bore has good rifling, but there is light spotty freckling throughout.
