Description
9/5/23 – This is a great-condition Yugoslavian Mauser bayonet with a matching scabbard. There are streaks of finish loss on the middle of the blade and spotty surface wear near the tip. Some minor sharpening is present along the edge, but no significant damage. Ricasso is maker-stamped, and a serial number just below reads 26519. The crossguard and pommel show almost no finish loss and the wood grips come in top condition with no issues. The scabbard comes in top condition with no dents or cracks and no finish loss. The frog stud initially appears to have had a different serial number, but the one stamped overtop matches the bayonet.
