Description
8/1/23 – This is a very nice example of a Mauser Model 1914, manufactured in the 1920’s. It is all matching and has a Nazi police “Eagle C” marking on the left side of the tang – this marking is not original, as they did not make guns of this variation. It comes as a rig with a nice 1941-dated Nazi police holster and two period-correct magazines. The gun has retained about 94% of its original finish with minor wear around the muzzle and on some of the high edges. Some light scratchy wear and pin-pricking on the front strap. Fitted with an excellent period-correct wood grip. The bore has strong rifling, but there are some tiny pits in the grooves here and there.
