02/16/26 – For sale is a Mexican Model 1936 Mauser made in 1941 chambered in 7mm Mauser. The rifle is a mix between a Springfield 1903 and a Mauser 98. The barrel bands and cocking piece are similar to the 1903 but the action is a Mauser 98. The rifle is well worn but retains some of its bluing. The receiver has the Mexican eagle stamped. The stock shows heavy wear with two large cracks on both sides of the buttstock. There is also one smaller one on the left side. The bore is in fair condition with good rifling but is dark. Cleaning rod is absent.
