Description
6/26/25 – This is a very nice example of a 2nd Model Smith & Wesson DA Top-break revolver, chambered in .38 S&W and manufactured in 1880-1884. Five shot fluted cylinder, pinned three inch barrel, round butt, original black rubber grips, pinned round front sight, notch on the barrel latch serves as rear sight. Its original nickel finish rates about 96% with a few small spots of minor flaking and oxidation. The bore has decent rifling, but there is noticeable spotty surface oxidation throughout. Fully functional. No FFL required.
