8/13/24 – This is a rare Krieghoff Luger from 1936 with an S Code on the receiver. There were only about 3,600 of this variation produced. This one is all matching and has the proper Krieghoff “Eagle L 2” Luftwaffe acceptance proofs. It comes with a real Krieghoff magazine, but it has been re-numbered and force-matched. Fitted with matching-numbered wood grips, but they have been force-matched. The gun has an old re-blued finish. The majority of the wear is concentrated around the high edges, and there spots of discoloration in the finish here and there. The bore is mostly excellent, but there are a couple of spots of light freckling.
