2/27/23 – This a rarely encountered mint example of a Walther P5 chambered in 7.65mm. Only 1,900 pistols were chambered in 7.65mm out of the total production of over 100,000. These guns were made for the Italian market where 9mm is forbidden for civilian ownership. The gun is marked “CAT 1062” which further indicates it was intended for Italy. This one is matching and in like-new condition – just a few very minor dings on the underside of the trigger guard. Comes with mint walnut grips. No import marks. The bore is mint with no evidence of firing.
