2/1/24 – Located at our Ohio office. This is a Remington SmootModel No. 2 . Serial number 988 stamped on the frame under the grips. Chambered in 32 rimfire. It retains 70 – 80% original nickel finish with some flaking on both sides of the frame, the cylinder and portions of the barrel. Maker name stamped on top of the barrel. The mechanical function is very good crisp with solid lock up and good timing. Strong hammer spring. Grips show mild wear with no cracks or chips. The bore rates about a 5 of 10 with mild pitting. No FFL needed.
