02/03/26 – For sale is a Russian M1891 Mosin Nagant made in 1915 at the Izhevsk Arsenal. This rifle appears to have been reworked in the Balkans prior to being imported to the US. The rifle has a worn blued finish. The stock shows handling marks but in good condition overall. The bore has bright lands but the grooves are darkened and likely need a good cleaning. The Imperial Eagle on the receiver has been ground and the Eagle on the barrel shank has been touched by a grinder. The rifle has mismatched serial numbers. The cleaning rod is not correct and is a 91/30 Cleaning rod.
