1/14/22 – This is a nice example of a scarce Russian SVT-40.Made in 1941 at the Izhevsk factory, it’s arsenal refurbished with etched serial on bolt handle but all the original serial numbers are present on the receiver, trigger guard and stock.Excellent condition throughout – no wear to the bluing of the refinish and a minty bore.A little bit of wear on the handguard but an otherwise excellent stock, with 1941 date and cartouche still visible on the right side.Small import mark on right side of receiver.Comes in the original importer shipping box and includes a canvas sling.
