Description
12/11/24 -This is a nice example of a Smith and Wesson Victory Revolver issued to the US Navy during WW2. It is all matching and has the proper “US Navy” marking on the top strap. The gun has retained about 87% of its original parkerized finish. There are scattering spots of finish loss throughout the finish and some scratches around the barrel. Ther is a discoloration from oxidation on the cylinder. Visible nice case-hardening on the hammer and trigger. Nice wood grips – the right grip panel is un-numbered. The bore is bright with great rifling. The cylinder is tight and the action is smooth.
