9/21/21 – This is an excellent Smith & Wesson Pre-17 Masterpiece revolver from 1955 in an original S&W box.The gun has 96-97% of the original blue remaining, with most of the thinning on the left side of the barrel, and a standard turn line on cylinder.Matching frame, cylinder and barrel.Minty bore and grips, though right grip panel is a mismatched serial.Box is hand-numbered on bottom but also mismatched.Six inch barrel.Five screw frame design.
