9/13/21 – This is a nice Springfield Armory M1 Garand that was manufactured in 1943 and later went through the CMP.The barrel is also produced by Springfield and dated to October of 1943, appearing to match the receiver.Possible these are original to each other, which is uncommon for CMP Garands.Parkerized finish is excellent throughout.Stock is unmarked and has several small dings or nicks.Strong, shiny bore.Muzzle is a 1, throat is a 3.Comes with the CMP hard case and COA, as well as an en-bloc clip.
