12/30/24 – This is an excellent example of a reproduction trench gun heat shield. This style of heat shield was used in both WW1 and WW2 on the Winchester 1897 and the Model 12 trench guns. This heat shield would make a great replacement for any trench gun missing it’s original heat shield, or for a project trench gun.
