Description
7/18/23 – This is a small grouping of original US WW2 canvas gear. There are two cartridge belts, one being clearly ink stamped “D.M. Shoe Co.” and 1943 dated, while the other has a faded ink stamp that’s likely 1944 dated. This 2nd cartridge belt has an attached canvas first aid pouch which is dated 1942. Also included is a 1944 dated M1 rifle canvas muzzle cover, and a US canvas hatchet cover, dated 1942. There’s also a canvas canteen pouch which is excellent condition and 1942 dated on the interior, and includes an original canteen. All pieces in great condition as shown.
