Description
9/25/23 – This is a nice example of a Walther PP issued to the Nazi military in 1942. It is all matching and has the proper “Waffen 359” military acceptance proofs on the left side of the slide and frame. There is an added lanyard ring at the base of the left side of the frame, most likely done by the post-war French police. The gun has retained roughly 80% of its finish. The majority of the finish loss is on the back strap, but there is also minor muzzle wear and spotty wear along both sides of the slide. Fitted with excellent period-correct black bakelite grips. Excellent bore with strong rifling.
