7/24/23 – This is an excellent example of a Winchester Model 94 Golden Spike Commemorative, manufactured in 1969 to commemorate the completion of the Pacific Railway in 1869. The barrel, magazine, and the small parts are blued, but the barrel bands, receiver, and butt plate have a really nice gold-washed finish. There is virtually no actual finish loss, just some light scratching on both sides of the receiver. Excellent wood furniture with just a few tiny dings and scratches. Mint bore.
