Description
6/6/24 – This is a very nice example of an Imperial German Boot Knife from WWI. The blade is Gottlieb Hammesfahr maker marked and has an Imperial military proof. It comes with its original scabbard and leather belt loop. Also has a brass “M.C.S. & Corp” hang tag. The blade is very nice with just very light spotty oxidation. Nice wood grips. The scabbard has retained most of its black enamel paint with some surface oxidation. The leather on the belt loop has some cracking.
