Description
07/07/26 – For sale is a .69 Caliber US Model 1812 Flintlock Musket made in 1817 at Springfield. The finish on the metal has turned a darkened brownish grey from age and oxidation. The stock has numerous surface dings and nicks. There is notable wear and chipping along the barrel channel edges. The left side has a 4″ crack behind the 2nd barrel band. A sliver about 9″ in length is missing between the nose cap and the 2nd barrel band. The bore is dark. The action functions properly.
